Privacy

A short explanation of what we collect on this site, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Who runs this site

Get Together Lakeland is a group outing service in downtown Lakeland, Florida, operated by Lakeland Escape Room. We help groups arrange a meeting space, a shared meal, and an escape room adventure.

What you tell us

We only receive information you choose to send us. When you ask for group options, the request form asks for details such as your group size, the activities you want, a preferred date, contact details, and any dietary needs. The form is provided by Fillout, and it loads only when you click "Load request form".

What we use it for

We use your request to reply with options and a quote, and to coordinate your plans once you confirm them. That can mean passing the details a provider needs — such as headcount, timing, or dietary needs — to the meeting space or caterer involved. We use your contact details only to answer you and arrange your visit.

Analytics and advertising

Analytics and advertising tools are optional and stay off unless you allow them. Google Analytics helps us see how the site is used; the Meta Pixel helps us measure ads on Facebook and Instagram. Neither is used until it is set up for this site and you turn it on in your cookie settings. Nothing you type into the request form is sent to these tools.

Your choices

You can change your cookie settings at any time: open cookie settings. More detail is in our cookie information. Optional cookies never affect your ability to use the site or send a request.
